- Real Estate and Business Matters including transactions and litigation
Yoursite says you are a Real Estate Broker. Does that means you list and sell properties?
- I do not list or sell properties. I use my Broker’s License as an aid in understanding and analyzing real estate situations.
How do you charge for your time?
- For most matters I charge for my time on an hourly basis. However, in some instances I can provide a flat rate if the matter is not complex and can be completed in a definable period of time. I do not take any cases based on a contingency fee.
